4 SEASONS IN AXIS MUNDI

Far, far away, there was this gigantic moutain that was believed to be the centre of the world. In this magical place grew an extraordinary tree of remarkable powers that was seen by many as the connection between heaven and earth, as well as the underground. It provided a path between the three cosmic levels. All energy of life moved round that outstanding tree and was sustained by it. Therefore, the weather of the whole world was determined in that particular spot. The four seasons began earlier and were intenser there than anywhere else, spreading afterwards from that place to the rest of the Earth. (…)
