The indigenous natives of Igarassu believed that, in the heart of the brazilian jungle, strange things could happen…things that no white man would understand. At night, as they gather around the fire, they would tell odd stories about ancient walking trees that many of them had seen dancing in the moonlight…as if they had awaken from a long sleep (...)

O povo indígena de Igarassu acreditava que, no coração da selva brasileira, estranhas coisas podiam acontecer…coisas que nenhum homem branco poderia compreender. De noite, quando se reuniam à volta do fogo, contavam histórias bizarras que falavam de árvores antigas que muitos deles juravam ter visto dançar à luz do luar…como se tivessem despertado de um sono profundo (...)

THE SPIRIT OF WISDOM

Every tree has a spirit which is the power of It´s life force. There are some particular spots where you can feel their presence almost in a tangible way…places of power, where the essence of Mother Nature is still strong, and where each tree is a symbol of the never ending cycle of life.
Some legends speak about the Queen of Trees, the Elder Tree Mother, that grows in a mythical forest of unknown location. It is old and full of wisdom.
It is said that, whenever a tree is cut down the Tree Mother weeps.

Todas as árvores possuem um espírito, no qual consiste o poder da sua energia vital. Existem locais onde se pode sentir a sua presença de uma forma quase tangível…locais de poder, onde a essência da Mãe Natureza é ainda forte, e onde cada árvore é um símbolo do interminável ciclo da vida.
Algumas lendas falam a respeito de uma Rainha das Árvores - a Velha Árvore Mãe, que cresce numa floresta mítica, de localização incerta. É antiga e muito sábia.
Diz-se que, sempre que uma árvore é cortada, a Árvore Mãe chora.
